Valor Description

The Valor Victory GI is a premium lightweight GI made from a 450gram pearl weave that’s lightweight, durable and comfortable to train in.

The GI jacket is has a tailored cut so it fits closer to the body giving it a better fit than most standard GIs. It features contrast stitching, stylish Valor patches and embroideries and a Rip Stop covered rubberised lapel.

The Pants are made from 8oz canvass cotton and feature contrast stitching, drawstring loops and Drawstring. The Drawstring is our very own Super Thick Duo Layer Rope Drawstring. Its twice as thick as most other rope drawstrings and features a canvass cotton outer layer and a thick slightly elasticated inner core. These are the best drawstrings on any GI we have seen!

Each GI comes with a free drawstring GI bag.

The Valor Victory is a premium BJJ GI. It’s made from some of the best materials and to some of the highest standards we have seen on any GI.

Fit - Competition cut so no excess material on the sleeves, body or trousers. The fit feels very tapered.

GI Top - The GI top is made from a 450 gram pearl weave that is lightweight and also very comfortable to train in.

The lapel has a rubber core that helps keep its shape and dry quicker because the rubber doesn’t hold any water after being washed. The lapel has a medium thickness and stiffness.

GI Trousers - The trousers are made from 8oz cotton. The area from the knee to the shin is reinforced so they are very durable and have a thick rope waist tie.

Branding GI Top – A nice feature of the Victory Gis is the use of applique patches on the chest and arms. Applique patches are like a cross between the standard woven patch and embroidered patches. This is the new gold standard for patches. They look stylish but they are also very durable. There is an embroidered victory logo on the lower skirt.

Branding Trousers – Applique patches on both hips.

Shrinkage -The Victory GIs have been pre-shrunk and because of the tightness of the weave used the shrinkage will be minimal so it should fit well straight out of the bag.

Good for - Tournaments and everyday training. This really is a great all-purpose GI.
