Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Grapplestore Web site. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. Grapplestore reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the Grapplestore Web site, both now and in the future.


Product Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.


Product Statements and Images
All product statements regarding Sports Supplements sold on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or afflictions. All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and we do not claim to agree with or support/substantiate these claims. All product images are for illustration purposes only.


Delivery

All orders placed before Midday are processed the same day where possible. We expect to ship your order within 24 hours of processing. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time to ask a question about delivery methods, or to track the progress of your order,  at sales@grapplestore.co.uk.

 

UK Mainland

£3.99 as standard (up to 1 kg) and £4.99 for heavier orders (1 kg+) Orders are dispatched by Royal mail recorded delivery and UK MAIL couriers and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.

 

Rest of the world price on application


Payment and Stock Availability
Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.

Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order by credit or debit card through our secure Protx payment server. If you choose to mail a cheque or postal order for your payment your order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order.

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.

At all times until despatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.

 

Order Errors / Damaged or faulty goods / Exchanges

All our products are covered by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Cash refunds are only offered on goods that are faulty and in breach of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. Due to the nature of the products we supply, our repair/replace/refund policy is 28 days from receipt of product. Any damaged products within the 28 day period should be returned to us at the expense of the customer, where we will repair if possible. If the product is beyond repair we will replace it or refund you without question. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise.

Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.

If the wrong size is ordered and an exchange is required then the postage for the new item to be sent out will be at the expense of the customer.

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. There is a 3% handling charge included in all orders, which is non-refundable in cases of unwanted items. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags and packaging, odour-free, unused, unworn, we will refund you any money which you have paid, minus the 3% handling charge, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods. All return items must have a returns number which can be obtained by contacting sales@grapplestore.com. No returns will be accepted without this return number.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an item is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the 3% handling fee and the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the 3% handling fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds will be given until the return goods have been received.

For your protection, undergarments, mouthguards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new and unused.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

SALE ITEMS

Any items listed as Sale items are not eligable for return.

 

Data Protection and Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party. 
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law; we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information. 
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide. 
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. 
You can request at any time, that we stop using your information and, that we stop mailing information to you by sending an email to sales@grapplestore.co.uk

 

Changing terms
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
